FBM means you fulfill. Amazon measures how well.

With Fulfillment by Merchant, the seller is responsible for storing inventory and shipping each order. Most sellers we support use a 3PL warehouse that receives, stores, packs, and ships for them; others ship from their own space. Amazon hosts the listing, processes the payment, and sets the performance standards, but it does not pick, pack, or ship FBM orders. That makes your daily routine the deciding factor.

Amazon Runs the marketplace
  • Hosts your listings and checkout
  • Processes payments and charges fees
  • Sets and measures performance standards
  • Handles A-to-z Guarantee claims
You, the seller Own the business
  • Own the seller account and brand decisions
  • Own and fund inventory
  • Approve pricing, purchasing, and spend
  • Choose a 3PL or self-fulfillment
Warehouse FoXedo’s own or a partner 3PL

FoXedo works inside your account through the permissions you grant. The account, inventory, and business decisions remain yours.

What makes FBM hard to run well

Every one of these shows up first in your account health metrics, then in your sales.

  • No space or time to store and pack orders 3PL warehouse coordination
  • Ship-by deadlines slip on high-volume days Daily order cut-off routine
  • Tracking uploaded late or not recognized Tracking upload and verification
  • Listings suppressed or missing key attributes Listing creation and optimization
  • Buyer messages left unanswered too long Customer service and returns workflow
  • Stock sells out on Amazon before the listing updates Inventory monitoring
  • Referral fees and label costs quietly erase margin Pricing and margin analysis
  • Gated categories and brand documentation requests Sourcing documentation checks
  • Two or more stores, no single process Multi-store management support

Amazon account management services

Your engagement includes only the services in your agreement. Pick what your store needs now and add more as it grows.

Who packs and ships your Amazon orders

With FBM, fulfillment is the seller’s responsibility. You choose how it gets done: through FoXedo’s own warehouse when space is available, a partner 3PL warehouse from our network, or your own space. We confirm the setup with you before your account starts.

Best when space or time is short

FoXedo or partner warehouse

Your inventory goes to FoXedo’s own warehouse when space is available, or to a partner 3PL warehouse from our network. The warehouse receives your stock, stores it, packs every order in a plain box, labels it, and drops it off with the courier. We coordinate it day to day.

  • No storage space or packing time needed on your side
  • Per-label fee, quoted upfront, since every warehouse prices differently
  • Plain, unbranded boxes, so customers receive a clean, professional package
  • We tell you which warehouse will handle your orders before your account starts
If you have the space and team

Self-fulfillment

You store and pack orders yourself. We run everything around it: order release, labels, tracking uploads, and reporting.

  • No 3PL fee
  • Full control over packing and supplies
  • Move to a 3PL later as order volume grows

How the warehouse handles each order

  1. 1ReceiveChecks incoming inventory against your shipment and logs it by SKU.
  2. 2StoreKeeps your stock organized and counted in the warehouse.
  3. 3PackPacks each order in a plain, unbranded box with no third-party invoices or inserts.
  4. 4LabelApplies the shipping label created for that order.
  5. 5Drop offHands parcels to the courier; tracking is uploaded to Amazon.

The operating rhythm behind a healthy FBM store

Amazon measures seller-fulfilled stores every day, so the routine runs every day. Specific tasks follow your agreement.

Every day
  • Pull and action new orders
  • Release orders to the 3PL warehouse
  • Upload and verify tracking
  • Answer buyer messages and returns
Every week
  • Account health and policy check
  • Inventory and reorder review
  • Listing fixes and suppressions
  • Price and Buy Box review
Every month
  • Performance report
  • Margin review by SKU
  • Catalog expansion shortlist
  • Next month’s priorities

What you receive

  • Store operating procedureA written routine for your account: cut-off times, responsibilities, and escalation steps.
  • Weekly health snapshotDefect, late shipment, cancellation, and tracking metrics with any notices that need action.
  • Monthly performance reportOrders, revenue, product costs, fees, shipping costs, and estimated net contribution.
  • Prioritized action listWhat we’ll fix or test next month, and why.

What better operations can change

Fewer late shipmentsWhen someone owns the daily cut-off, ship-by dates stop depending on a good week.
Margin you can see per SKUPricing decisions made after fees and label costs, not before.
Problems caught earlyA weekly health check surfaces issues before they become account warnings.
Time back for strategyYou decide what to sell and how to grow; the routine runs without you.

These are outcomes good processes support, not guarantees. Results depend on demand, pricing, fees, competition, supply, and marketplace requirements.

Amazon FBM questions

Have a question about your own account? Bring it to a strategy call.

Does Amazon ship my FBM orders?

No. With Fulfillment by Merchant, orders ship from FoXedo’s own warehouse, a partner 3PL warehouse, or your own space. Amazon hosts the listing and processes payment but does not fulfill FBM orders.

Do I need my own warehouse?

No. If you don’t have the space or time, FoXedo’s own warehouse (when space is available) or a partner 3PL warehouse from our network receives your inventory, stores it, packs each order in a plain box, labels it, and drops it off with the courier. The warehouse charges a per-label fee, quoted upfront. We confirm which warehouse will handle your orders before your account starts.

Can you work in my existing Seller Central account?

Yes. You add us through Seller Central’s user permissions, choosing what we can access. The account stays in your name and under your control.

Do you support Seller Fulfilled Prime?

We can support the workflow if your account qualifies. Eligibility and performance requirements are set by Amazon and change over time, so we check them against your account first.

Can you guarantee reinstatement or ranking?

No. We can help you organize information and fix the underlying operational issues, but approvals, reinstatements, and rankings are Amazon’s decisions.

How do you handle sourcing for Amazon?

We research and coordinate supply from distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and eligible retail channels. Amazon may ask for invoices from authorized sources for some brands and categories, so we check documentation before you buy.

Find out where your Amazon store is losing time and margin.

We review your FBM operation end to end and show you, in writing, what to fix first.

What the Amazon audit reviews
  • Account health metrics and open notices
  • Listing quality and suppressed ASINs
  • Order, 3PL, and tracking workflow
  • Inventory sync and stockout risk
  • Per-SKU margin after fees and shipping
  • Reporting gaps and missing data
You receive a written summary of findings and a prioritized action plan. The audit is free, with no obligation.
