How our marketplace management works

How our e-commerce account management works, step by step.

Every engagement follows the same four stages: audit, plan, operate, and report. Here is what happens at each one, what we need from you, and what you receive.

Actual deliverables depend on your agreement and each marketplace’s requirements.

Engagement sequenceTypical order of work; timing depends on store size
1Discover and auditAccess, reports, and a written audit
2Plan and structureScope, agreement, and store SOPs
3Operate and optimizeDaily, weekly, and monthly routine
4Report and improveMonthly report and next priorities
Steps 3 and 4 repeat every reporting cycle.

Four stages, clearly owned

Each stage has a clear split of who does what, so nothing falls between you and us.

What we need to get started

  • The marketplaces you sell on and your store names
  • User-permission access to each seller account
  • Your catalog or SKU list with product costs
  • Your 3PL warehouse details, or how you fulfill today
  • Main suppliers and lead times
  • Your goals for the next 6 to 12 months

Your account stays yours

We work through each marketplace’s user-permission settings, never by sharing your main login. You choose what we can access and can remove it at any time. Ownership of the account, inventory, and listings always stays with you.

How we stay in touch
  • A written weekly update
  • A monthly review call
  • Alerts as soon as we spot urgent issues
  • Your agreed channel: [EMAIL, SLACK, OR WHATSAPP]

Questions about getting started

Have a question about your own account? Bring it to a strategy call.

How soon can you start?

After the audit and a signed agreement. Typical start time: [YOUR TYPICAL START TIME].

Do you need my Seller Central or Seller Center password?

No. We use the marketplace’s user-permission settings, so you never share your main login and can remove access at any time.

Can I start with one service?

Yes. Many sellers start with one marketplace or one service, such as listing optimization, and add more later.

What if I want to stop?

The notice period and handover steps are set out in your agreement: [YOUR NOTICE PERIOD].

Who makes the final decisions?

You do. We recommend and run the agreed routine; decisions on purchasing, pricing limits, and strategy stay with you.
