Where growing stores usually lose control

None of these are solved by working harder. They’re solved by clear processes, accurate data, and someone accountable for running them every day.

See which ones apply to your store
  • Daily order volume is outgrowing the way orders are handled Order, shipping & tracking workflows
  • Listings are inconsistent, incomplete, or losing visibility Listing SEO & conversion optimization
  • Revenue looks healthy, but true per-product profit is unclear Pricing & profitability analysis
  • Sourcing and purchasing depend on memory and spreadsheets Supplier & procurement coordination
  • Stockouts and overstock keep surprising you Inventory & replenishment planning
  • Late shipments and missing tracking slip through Order, shipping & tracking workflows
  • Several stores and marketplaces, no single routine Multi-store management support
  • Account health warnings and policy notices pile up Account health & policy monitoring
  • Data lives in five places and no report ties it together Store reporting & operational analytics
  • No time left to think about strategy and growth Ongoing store management

Twelve services, organized around three outcomes

Take one service or combine several. Every engagement starts with an agreed scope, so you know exactly what we own and what stays with you.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, repeated every reporting cycle. Exact deliverables depend on your agreement and on each marketplace’s requirements.

  1. 1 Discover and Audit We learn your goals, operations, catalog, challenges, business arrangements, and operational requirements.
  2. 2 Plan and Structure A tailored action plan with agreed services, responsibilities, workflow improvements, priorities, and performance indicators.
  3. 3 Operate and Optimize We run the agreed activities, monitor operations, improve workflows, and flag issues that need attention.
  4. 4 Report and Improve We review operational data, report on agreed metrics, identify opportunities, and refine the plan.

Two ways to work together. Both in writing.

Choose a predictable monthly scope, or a shared-outcome arrangement where we have more skin in the game. Either way, every term is documented before work begins.

Monthly Management Services

Recurring store management and operational support with agreed deliverables, responsibilities, communication, and reporting.

  • Fixed scope of tasks and service levels
  • Named reporting cadence and metrics
  • Clear split of seller and FoXedo responsibilities
  • Pricing: [YOUR PRICING OR “QUOTED AFTER AUDIT”]

Profit-Sharing & Performance-Based

Individually negotiated arrangements in which the calculation method, expenses, responsibilities, reporting, and allocation of profit or loss are clearly documented.

  • Profit calculation method defined line by line
  • Which expenses count, and who funds inventory
  • How losses are handled, not only gains
  • Available case by case after a store audit
Discuss Your Business Model Profit-sharing is a business arrangement, not an investment product. Returns are not guaranteed and losses are possible.

Revenue is not profit. Our reporting shows the difference.

This is how we break a month down for sellers: every order traced from sales revenue to estimated net contribution, by marketplace.

Questions sellers ask before we start

Which marketplaces does FoXedo support?

We support U.S. sellers on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Temu, including sellers who run stores on more than one of them.

What is Amazon FBM?

FBM means Fulfillment by Merchant. The seller is responsible for storing inventory and shipping each order, usually through a warehouse, such as FoXedo’s own or a partner 3PL, that receives stock, packs orders in plain boxes, and hands them to the courier, while meeting Amazon’s shipping and performance requirements. Amazon does not fulfill FBM orders. We help you run the order, shipping, tracking, and inventory workflows behind it.

What is Walmart WFS?

WFS means Walmart Fulfillment Services. You send inventory into Walmart’s fulfillment network, and Walmart performs the fulfillment services its program covers. FoXedo supports the seller side: catalog management, inventory planning, product preparation, and inbound shipment coordination. We do not own or operate Walmart’s fulfillment centers.

How does Temu seller-fulfilled operations support work?

In a seller-fulfilled setup, orders ship from FoXedo’s own warehouse, a partner 3PL warehouse, or your own space. We manage the daily routine around it: listings, catalog upkeep, order processing, tracking updates, returns workflows, and reporting, based on the Temu requirements that apply to your account.

Can you manage an existing seller account?

Yes. Access is granted through the marketplace’s own user-permission settings wherever available, so the account stays in your name and under your control.

Can you support a new marketplace launch?

Yes. We help with store setup, catalog creation, and launch planning. Account approval is always the marketplace’s decision, so we can prepare you well but cannot guarantee approval.

Do you offer monthly management services?

Yes. Monthly management covers an agreed scope of tasks, responsibilities, communication, and reporting, documented before work begins.

Are profit-sharing arrangements available?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis after an audit. The agreement documents how profit is calculated, which expenses count, who funds inventory, how losses are handled, and how results are reported. It is not a risk-free investment.

Do you provide product research and listing optimization?

Yes. We research products and categories, then build or improve listings with accurate attributes, search-relevant titles and content, and images that meet each marketplace’s requirements.

How do you handle sourcing and procurement coordination?

We research and coordinate supply from distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and eligible retail channels, depending on the product. Before anything is listed, we check the documentation and marketplace rules that apply to that product and account.

What information is needed before starting?

Your marketplaces, store status, approximate catalog size and monthly order volume, current fulfillment setup, main challenges, and goals. For an audit we’ll also ask for read access or recent reports.

How is store performance reported?

On an agreed schedule, covering the metrics in your agreement, such as orders, revenue, product costs, fees, shipping or fulfillment costs, estimated net contribution, inventory position, and account health indicators.

Can you guarantee sales or profits?

No. Results depend on product demand, pricing, fees, competition, supply availability, operational execution, marketplace requirements, and other conditions. What we commit to is disciplined execution and transparent reporting.

Ready to Run Your Marketplace Business More Effectively?

Let’s review your operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop a practical plan for your Amazon, Walmart, or Temu business.

What the store audit reviews
  • Listing quality and catalog completeness
  • Pricing and margin by SKU after fees and shipping
  • Order processing and fulfillment workflow
  • Inventory position and replenishment risk
  • Account health indicators and policy notices
  • Reporting gaps and missing data
You receive a written summary of findings and a prioritized action plan. The audit is free, with no obligation.
