FBM means you fulfill. Amazon measures how well.
With Fulfillment by Merchant, the seller is responsible for storing inventory and shipping each order. Most sellers we support use a 3PL warehouse that receives, stores, packs, and ships for them; others ship from their own space. Amazon hosts the listing, processes the payment, and sets the performance standards, but it does not pick, pack, or ship FBM orders. That makes your daily routine the deciding factor.
- Hosts your listings and checkout
- Processes payments and charges fees
- Sets and measures performance standards
- Handles A-to-z Guarantee claims
- Own the seller account and brand decisions
- Own and fund inventory
- Approve pricing, purchasing, and spend
- Choose a 3PL or self-fulfillment
- Receives and stores inventory
- Packs orders in plain, unbranded boxes
- Labels parcels and drops off with the courier
- Charges a per-label fee

FoXedo works inside your account through the permissions you grant. The account, inventory, and business decisions remain yours.

Who packs and ships your Amazon orders
With FBM, fulfillment is the seller’s responsibility. You choose how it gets done: through FoXedo’s own warehouse when space is available, a partner 3PL warehouse from our network, or your own space. We confirm the setup with you before your account starts.
FoXedo or partner warehouse
Your inventory goes to FoXedo’s own warehouse when space is available, or to a partner 3PL warehouse from our network. The warehouse receives your stock, stores it, packs every order in a plain box, labels it, and drops it off with the courier. We coordinate it day to day.
- No storage space or packing time needed on your side
- Per-label fee, quoted upfront, since every warehouse prices differently
- Plain, unbranded boxes, so customers receive a clean, professional package
- We tell you which warehouse will handle your orders before your account starts
Self-fulfillment
You store and pack orders yourself. We run everything around it: order release, labels, tracking uploads, and reporting.
- No 3PL fee
- Full control over packing and supplies
- Move to a 3PL later as order volume grows

- 2StoreKeeps your stock organized and counted in the warehouse.
- 3PackPacks each order in a plain, unbranded box with no third-party invoices or inserts.

Amazon FBM questions
Have a question about your own account? Bring it to a strategy call.
Does Amazon ship my FBM orders?
No. With Fulfillment by Merchant, orders ship from FoXedo’s own warehouse, a partner 3PL warehouse, or your own space. Amazon hosts the listing and processes payment but does not fulfill FBM orders.
Do I need my own warehouse?
No. If you don’t have the space or time, FoXedo’s own warehouse (when space is available) or a partner 3PL warehouse from our network receives your inventory, stores it, packs each order in a plain box, labels it, and drops it off with the courier. The warehouse charges a per-label fee, quoted upfront. We confirm which warehouse will handle your orders before your account starts.
Can you work in my existing Seller Central account?
Yes. You add us through Seller Central’s user permissions, choosing what we can access. The account stays in your name and under your control.
Do you support Seller Fulfilled Prime?
We can support the workflow if your account qualifies. Eligibility and performance requirements are set by Amazon and change over time, so we check them against your account first.
Can you guarantee reinstatement or ranking?
No. We can help you organize information and fix the underlying operational issues, but approvals, reinstatements, and rankings are Amazon’s decisions.
How do you handle sourcing for Amazon?
We research and coordinate supply from distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and eligible retail channels. Amazon may ask for invoices from authorized sources for some brands and categories, so we check documentation before you buy.
Find out where your Amazon store is losing time and margin.
We review your FBM operation end to end and show you, in writing, what to fix first.
