Questions about our services

Have a question about your own account? Bring it to a strategy call.

Which service should I start with?

Start with the store audit. It shows where your operation is losing time or margin, and which services address those gaps first.

Are all services included in every package?

No. Each engagement covers only the services in your agreement. You can add services as your store grows.

Do I need a 3PL warehouse for Amazon or Temu FBM?

Not necessarily. You can ship from your own space, or use a 3PL warehouse that receives, stores, packs in plain boxes, labels, and drops off with the courier. If you don’t have one, we can use FoXedo’s own warehouse when space allows, or a partner 3PL from our network.

Can you manage several marketplaces at once?

Yes. We run Amazon, Walmart, and Temu together from shared inventory, with one routine and one report.

How are your services priced?

Through a monthly management fee or an individually negotiated profit-sharing arrangement. Pricing is [YOUR PRICING OR “QUOTED AFTER AUDIT”].

Not sure where to start? Start with the audit.

We review every marketplace you sell on and recommend the services, and the order, that will make the biggest difference.

What the store audit reviews
  • Listing quality and catalog completeness
  • Pricing and margin by SKU after all fees
  • Order, 3PL, and fulfillment workflow
  • Inventory position and replenishment risk
  • Account health indicators and policy notices
  • Reporting gaps and missing data
You receive a written summary of findings and a prioritized action plan. The audit is free, with no obligation.
